Second First Due Fire For Station 8 In A Week

Units were alerted to 4419 Locust Grove Rd. for the reported garage fire. As units were responding communications advised they had recieved numerous calls. E-81 arrived and advised they had a pickup truck fully involved with a field fire. Lt. 8 (Forsythe) arrived and established Locust Grove Command. Communications advised they were still recieving calls reporting fire in the garage. RE-61 arrived and laid 200' 4" supply line back the driveway to the garage which had a small fire and heat and smoke damage. It was determined the Vehicle had caught fire in the garage and the homeowner pushed it out.
