Truck,Tanker and Chief run working fire

On the afternoon of April 12th Washington Co ECC dispatched box 10-14 for the garage fire on Cool Hollow Road. Truck 6 responded with 4,Tanker 6 with 2 and the Fire Chief responded from Boonsboro. Units from Funkstown arrived to find a well advanced garage fire in a near 7000 square-foot house. Due to dangerous winds causing a wind driven fire, firefighters had to fight the fire from a defensive attack(Outside). Units operated for nearly 5 hours extinguishing the fire.
