at 13:46 Washington County ECC dispatched Engine Company 6, along with 2 Medic Units and Rescue Squad 69 to the intersection of Shepherdstown Pike and Taylor Drive for the reported MVC with multiple patients. Engine 62 arrived on location (Abrecht & A. Jacobs) with 3 vehicles with heavy damage, all occupants still in the vehicles. DC6 (Abrecht) established the command while Jacobs investigated, it was determined there was 2 trauma patients, one with chest pains, and 2 minor injuries (Total of 5 patients). Aviation, along with 3rd. & 4th. Medic Unit were requested and an LZ was established at the Keedeysville Ball Field. Paramedics on scene were requesting a 2nd Aviation unit to the scene for a transport to Children's Hospital in DC but given the extended eta of that unit, patient was transported to Meritus by ground. No Entrapments were encountered, but FF Jacobs broke in the shiny new genesis spreaders.
