The busy Holiday Season continues for both Stations 6 & 8 as units were alerted to the 7700 Blk of Mapleville Road on the 6-16 box for the Barn Fire. Rescue Engine 6-1, DC6, arrived with a barn fully involved with exposures. DC8 on scene assuming water supply, Truck 6 arrived and placed ladder pipe operations in service knocking the bulk of fire down. Crews finished mopping up hot spots with handlines. The fire apparently started in an Auto Body Shop within the Barn.
