15:14 hours, 6132 Old National Pike, South Mountain Inn, reported building fire. Upon arrival, Deputy Chief 8 (Wachter) reported smoke conditions on the " charlie" side of the structure. Safety 200 (Lloyd) was assigned to Division 1 interior. Upon investigation, fire was out, but smoke conditions were still prevalent. Frederick Co. DFRS Capt. (Hubble) and crew on FredCo. E-72, completed ventilation duties. Fire damage was contained to the office area. Units cleared 16:19 hours
