07:30 hours. Station 8 alerted for a vehicle accident with rollover and entrapment. Upon arrival Chief 6 (Griffith) reported one patient under the vehicle. Capt. 11 (Martin) assumed command. Crews from 11, 8, Frederick Co. Rescue Engine 52 raised the vehicle via rescue tools and removed the entrapped patient in 13 minutes approximate.
